Formatting Tab

Color by Nucleotide

To color the alignment by nucleotide, the user should select “Color by Nucleotide” under the Formatting Tab.

Clear Nucleotide Colors

To remove all colors in the alignment the user should select “Clear All Colors” under the Formatting Tab.

Clear Headers

To remove headers above the alignment the user should select “Clear Headers” under the Formatting Tab.
